Originally packaged overseas, a line of baby grand pianos became difficult to handle further down the distribution channel. Damages occurred in the offloading process as the original corrugated crates did not allow for fork lift handling and pallet jacks or strapping were causing damage to the packaging. Our finely tuned solution involved a wood pallet designed as a knockdown, facilitated safe fork lift handling and even accommodated six different models.
